Your First Visit

Your first consultation visit with us is at our expense. This gives us the opportunity to introduce ourselves to each other, and for us to find out what we can do for you. We want to take the time to listen to your concerns about your health, and to find out why you're coming to see us.

We believe in taking time to actually talk to our patients. We will never just walk in, crack your back, and walk out without even asking you how you're feeling today. We will always take the time to talk to you, and more important, we will always take the time to listen to you. We will also take the time to explain what we’re doing and why, so you never feel like you're not in control of the care you're receiving.

We can also do some adjustments on the first visit, although to be safe we don't do spinal adjustments until after we have x-rays of your spine. We can also use a technique called applied kinesiology to help us determine the cause of your problem.

We will verify all benefits before your 2nd visit to determine patient responsibility.
